There’s no denying that 2020 has been a challenging year, so good news is more welcome than ever.
It certainly gave us a massive boost to hear that Able Property Trust has been named the winner of not one, but two, fantastic awards celebrating the work of small and medium-sized businesses. We also received an award in recognition of our customer service.
First, the news came that we’ve been named the SME News 2020 Midlands Enterprise Awards’ Best Residential Lettings Agency – Nottinghamshire, as well as receiving their Customer Service Excellence Award – Nottinghamshire.
Just days later, we were thrilled to learn that we’ve been named Property Specialists of the Year – Central England, Nottingham in the Central England Prestige Awards 2020/21.
Each of these awards recognises businesses that are extremely successful and hard working on a local level.
Anyone who knows me or has dealt with Able Property Trust knows that I am committed to providing property services in Nottingham that are fair, transparent and trustworthy for tenants and landlords alike.
While we’re not in business for awards, it’s wonderful to have our hard work and ethos recognised in this way. 2020 has been an undeniably tough year and we have done everything in our power to support our landlords and tenants during these uncertain times.
